The Sona drawings, plural of Lusona, were part of the tradition of the Tchokwe People. It is known in eastern Angola and close to the borders of Zambia and Congo. First, the soil was cleaned and flattened with the hand, and with the fingertips it was drawn an grid of points with carefully proportional spaces. Located in a noble area of the city, this small lot was destined for the habitation of a mother on the ground floor and her daughter on the first floor.
Two overlapping and inverted L's draw the two dwellings around landscaped yards, directing the dwellings to the green space inside the lot. Spaces of shade, living, interlaced voids project an experience linked to outer space.
